Episode notes
Dr. Maribeth Orr is an amazing human: A full time physician, mother of four, wife, gravel racer, triathlete, body builder and so much more! She's a fun and ambitious soul and in early June completed both the Unbound 200 gravel race in Kansas and a week later the North American Ironman Championships in Iowa! Her road to that 340-mile adventure was a long one as she describes later in our conversation - a great story of making decisions, discipline, dedication and the power of the mind!
