People Control: The Need & The Means

The idea being espoused here relative to fire from the sky, the image of the beast and now his mark is one of people control. At this point, the beast and those under him will have survived two major conflicts/wars—one global—and many catastrophes, including severe food and crippling fuel shortages, only to face yet more prevailing deep depression and deprivation due to immense, unavoidable social, economic and political unrest.
