The threat-within-the-threat was actually discovered before the threat itself (deployed in 1945). Back of twenty-five to thirty years ago, exposure to this inner threat and its ensuing impact would have been much less of a cause for concern. Today, however, marks a brand-new chapter, in a nation heavily dependent upon both the crutches of electricity and sophisticated electronics.
