We’re the Tampa Catholics Mental Health Promotion group, and our mission is to create a safe, compassionate space where conversations about mental health and eating disorders are honest, educational, and rooted in empathy.

In this introduction episode, we talk about who we are, why we started Beyond the Mirror, and what we hope to achieve through these deep-dive discussions. Our goal is to break stigma, spread awareness, and remind every listener that they are seen, valued, and never alone.
