The BAD B*TCH Process..

S3 Ep18 Turning Thirty, Dirty & Flirty!

Apparently turning 30 means you're meant to own a house, have a husband, two kids and know what you're doing... meanwhile I'm debating whether today's a thong day or a commando day. 😂 This week I'm unpacking the pressure of milestone birthdays, why your timeline is your own, comparing the world of dating apps in Trend or Trash, and finishing off with the slightly-late-but-still-loved weekly horoscope. As always, expect laughs, questionable life choices and a reminder not to take life too seriously. 🎙️

S3 Ep17 Do a cartwheel get ya tits out!

This week I'm joined by the one and only Kinky Kellie, and trust me... this hen do deserves its own documentary. 😂 We're spilling all the chaotic details from a weekend that included drag queens, fancy dress entertainers, twerking dance lessons, a pool party, questionable penis face paint decisions, and the now iconic moment Kellie attempted a cartwheel during a drag queen lip sync battle... only to accidentally flash the entire room. 💀 It's outrageous, hilarious, completely unfiltered, and proof that what happens on a hen do definitely doesn't stay on the hen do. Grab a drink and prepare to laugh your way through one of the wildest party stories we've ever told.

S3 Ep15 Delirious Eurovision

This week I’m talking about the strange little balancing act of work, happiness and figuring out what success actually looks like. Some people thrive in a structured 9-5 with routine, salary and stability, while others, like me, seem to function best in organised chaos, chasing dreams, juggling projects and trying to build something bigger for the future. I open up about learning to accept that I’m not where I want to be yet, but I’m moving towards it step by step. I also talk about saving money while still making memories, including planning a trip to Paris with my friend who has never left the UK or even been on a plane before, which honestly feels both wholesome and slightly cinematic already. Plus, Eurovision season is here, so we’re asking the important question: trend or trash? I chat about why I secretly love the madness of it all, why hosting a Eurovision party sounds iconic, and how it genuinely brings countries together while giving new talent a huge platform. And finally, I get personal about putting myself first, setting boundaries and protecting my peace. Whether my future ends up being single, in love, travelling the world or somewhere in between, I’m learning that happiness has to come from building a life that feels right for me first. ✨

S3 Ep14 K POP Demon Hunters is a VIBE!

In this episode, I open up about living with Crohn’s and what it’s really like going through a flare-up — the physical side, the emotional toll, and everything in between. I also talk about a moment where I felt seen in the most unexpected way, thanks to a horoscope that hit a little too close to home. Things take a turn when I find myself talking about something I wasn’t prepared to share… but maybe it was something that needed to come out. On a lighter note, I dive into my love for K-Pop Demon Hunters — the story, the songs, the message… honestly, everyone needs to watch it. And to wrap it up, I reflect on being neurodiverse, how it shapes the way I experience the world, and why I’m starting to see it as my superpower rather than something to hide. Raw, honest, and a bit all over the place — but that’s what makes it real.

S3 Ep12 Get the vitamin D!

Ever feel like your brain is running a marathon you didn’t sign up for? In this episode, we dive headfirst into overthinking, how it creeps in, takes the wheel, and how you can gently… take your foot back off the brake. Instead of spiralling, what if you just asked the question, felt the feeling, and moved on? From there, we swing into the performing arts world and unpack the uncomfortable truth about casting big-name celebrities in roles that don’t quite fit, all in the name of ticket sales and packed audiences. Is it smart business, or is something getting lost in the art? And because life isn’t all deep thoughts and industry talk, we lighten things up with the underrated thrill of the Tesco reduced section (elite treasure hunting energy) and the absolute chaos of people who talk in their sleep and wake up having delivered full stand-up routines they don’t even remember. It’s thoughtful, a little unhinged, and very real. Come for the reflection, stay for the randomness.

S3 Ep10 2 Female Bosses 1 Unapologetic Conversation

This week I'm joined by the powerhouse behind Pretty Heavy Lifters Alex Ross. Who runs a female only gym and inspiring PT who went from theatre kid to full blown female boss energy. ✨💪🏼 We're talking about what it's really like graduating from drama school, creating and running your own business and how being a theatre kid prepares you for entrepreneurship. It's honesty, funny chaotic unfiltered and here to empower other women to be their true authentic self! ❤️

S3 Ep9 Being your true authentic self!

This week’s episode is a full-body stretch emotionally, financially, and at the gym. I’m back lifting weights with absolutely zero muscle to my name, earning myself the title of Sexy Mess of the Week. With Valentine’s Day lurking, I unpack the weird pressure people put on love, romance, and having your life neatly wrapped in pink ribbon, while also sharing what it’s like dating someone new without losing your sense of self 💘 We’re talking broke bitch tips too. As in, stop spending money on shit you don’t need and calling it self-care. I get into what being a real bad bitch actually means: showing up as your authentic self, not dragging old trauma, memories, or bad moments into new friendships, relationships, or your work-life balance. Growth looks a lot like learning to drop the emotional baggage at the door. Basically, I’m choosing joy, honesty, and golden-retriever-level enthusiasm, which is why I compare myself to a springador: loyal, energetic, occasionally chaotic, and always doing my best 🐕✨

S3 Ep7 The Iconic Burp

New year… but absolutely not a “new you” episode. In this one, I’m talking about ditching the pressure to reinvent yourself and focusing instead on becoming the best version of who you already are. We chat about how my Christmas period actually went, expectations vs reality, and why January doesn’t need a personality reset button. Somewhere in the middle of recording, I let out what can only be described as an iconic, historic burp. It was too funny to cut, so yes… it stayed in. You’re welcome. I also dive into the chaos that is dating apps, the profiles, the patterns, the unhinged moments, and introduce a brand new segment: Stand Up, where I start sharing comedy-style stories and observations straight from real life. Messy, honest, a little bit feral, and very much about growth without the glow-up guilt. Press play if you’re entering the year as yourself… just slightly louder.

S3 Ep4 Lets Talk Wicked!

In this episode, I dive into why knowing what you want — and actually chasing it — matters more than ever. I explore the bold new series Riot Women, recount my camera-swallowing medical adventure, and take a deep look at the magic and mayhem behind the upcoming Wicked: For Good movie. 💚 🩷

S2 Ep3 The Bitch who becomes nice...

Talking about the recent work Christmas party, including stereotypes of colleagues at work places over the years! Some fun Christmas Party Would you rathers? More horoscope, bargains and how to be a BAD BITCH when ya lash won't stick on...
