These body maps show us how our life experience is constantly being shaped through the lens of our conditioning. Next I speak about the brilliance we are capable of when our awareness saturates in our bodies and we speak from direct, present-moment sense-making.

Healing Chronic Pain, Shifting Identities, Expansive Practice
Today's topics: "healing" from chronic pain - or perhaps more accurately, attuning to the body and learning to accept the lessons it offers, then watching as that acceptance guides better decision-making. Moving on from the "athlete" (show-up-no-matter-what) identity who overrides their body in order to "win", towards an identity which keeps all the great aspects of that, but enables more space for nuance, wellbeing and fluidity in life.
