    Tim Wither is a mining executive with over 20 years experience in the resource sector, both domestically and internationally, with key involvement in the development of several greenfield base metal projects. Mr Wither has held various senior executive and strategic leadership roles in Australia, India, Africa, South America, with publicly listed companies on both the ASX and TSX. Tim is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds an MBA from Curtin Graduate School of Business, Graduate Diploma of Mining, Graduate Diploma in Natural Resource Law, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mine Engineering and Surveying from the WA School of Mines. He is also a candidate for Master of Commercial and Resources Law at University of WA.

    Bruce Lane has significant experience in ASX listed and large industrial companies. Mr Lane has held management positions in a number of global blue chip companies as well as resource companies and start ups in New Zealand, Europe and Australia. Prior to founding Voyager Energy which was subsequently acquired by GTI, Mr Lane has been involved in the acquisition, funding and exploration of a number of uranium exploration projects during the last 15 years most notably with ASX listed companies Atom Energy Ltd and Stonehenge Metals Ltd. Mr Lane holds a masters degree from London Business School and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute Of Company Directors.

    Mr Pike is a geologist with over 20 years’ of successful technical and management experience and a proven track record in gold and base metals exploration, discovery, project development in both open pit and underground mining. Mr Pike holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Double Major Geology) and a Graduate Certificate in Finance. Mr Pike was Exploration Manager (East Coast) for Evolution Mining Limited (ASX:EVN) (7 years), and Senior Exploration Geologist for Newcrest Mining Limited (ASX:NCM) (3 years) and Equigold NL (9 years). Mr Pike also served as Chief Executive Officer of Santana and Mekong Minerals.

    Co-founder and MD of successful mine consulting firm Auralia Mining Consulting, Daniel Tuffin is a hands-on mining engineer with over 20 years’ experience. His career began in iron ore and gold projects in WA and later extended internationally. While acting as a consultant he has carried out many technical studies and has signed off on Ore Reserves on the ASX, LSE and TSX. He’s since established many successful companies and mining projects, including co-founding private Kalgoorlie gold mining venture Rose Dam Resources which to date has produced over 30koz of gold. Daniel has a wealth of experience specific to the Company; he has in been involved in prior development of the Crawford and Gambier Lass North Projects around Leonora and carried out various mine planning work on the Golden Cities Project north of Kalgoorlie. Daniel holds a BEng (Mining), BSc (Mine and Engineering Surveying), a Diploma in Project Management and is a Fellow of the AusIMM and accredited Chartered Professional and a Member of the AICD having completed their Directors Course. Daniel is currently a director of ASX listed companies Panther Metals Limited (ASX:PNT) and Mt Malcolm Mines NL (ASX:M2M).
