It's About "Faith" Between the Students and the Teachers All over the World

How do we develop faith in our "at risk" students and "at risk" teachers? In light of legislation, school policy, regulations,and “unwritten” rules we can encourage each other to develop a more optimistic approach. How do we find the energy to step beyond the classrooms to get to know each other and stop the blaming fingers? We welcome students, teachers, and parents to share their views.
