Stress is subjective and all human beings react differently based on their genetic make-up ,perceptions, personality, experiences, and environment. However, Veterans who are Adult Learners with PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) and Depression experience even greater stress and anxiety handling everyday pressures of family, work, and school schedules.
