Northwest Arkansas steals the show — you're hitting 70 degrees around 3 P.M. with partly sunny breaks. That's flip-flop weather in late February. Northeast Arkansas runs a bit cooler, topping out at 62 degrees by 1 P.M. Tonight the pattern shifts. Central Arkansas drops to 52 degrees with a slight chance of showers between 7 P.M. and 3 A.M.
