Antares Vision Group invests in Isinnova with a 15% stake

Antares Vision Group, a technological partner of excellence in digitalization and innovation for companies and institutions with a complete ecosystem of technologies to guarantee product quality (inspection systems and machines) and product traceability along the supply chain (from raw materials to production, from distribution to the consumer) through integrated data management, announces that it has today acquired 15% of the share capital of Isinnova, a Brescia-based technological start-up owned by Cristian Fracassi, which enables technological innovation and makes the same accessible through projects such as life-saving oxygen masks during the Covid-19 emergency and low-cost protheses for Ukraine. The total amount paid for the stake is Euro 1.5 million.

The Board of Directors approves the 2022-2025 business plan

The Board of Directors of Antares Vision S.p.A., Italian multinational, leading provider in Track & Trace systems and quality control, which guarantee the transparency of products and supply chains through integrated data management, at the end of February approved the strategic guidelines and the objectives of the 2022-2025 Business Plan.

Antares Vision Group supports 13 PhD candidates

For the 2022-2023 academic year, the Group is providing support for 13 PhD candidates at important Italian universities, confirming its vital role in scientific research. Representatives of the partner universities and researchers met last week at Antares Vision Group headquarters in Travagliato. The Group is supporting doctoral students at the University of Brescia, the Universities of Verona, Trento and Pisa, the Federico II University of Naples, the Catholic University of Milan, Brescia and Piacenza, in support of research in the field of innovation and development. It is also working with two newly formed National Research Centres, “Developing Gene Therapy and Medicines with RNA Technology”, “Agriculture Technologies – Agritech”, as well as a a public-private partnership called “L.I.G.H.T. — Lifescience Innovation Good Healthcare Technology” — which is promoting healthcare technologies with the University of Brescia.

Antares Vision Group signs an exclusive distribution agreement, expanding its presence in the Spanish and Portuguese markets. PYGSA will manage the exclusive distribution in these markets and will benefit from global Antares Vision Group’s presence.
