Today, I'm excited to be joined by Jasmine Virdi. Jazz is a writer and educator based in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. We crossed paths in Cyprus during our early school days and it’s been wonderful seeing Jazz grow through years in parallel life and reconnect today. Jazz has flourished to be a truly multi-passionate, diverse and beautiful being with a love of travel and a fascination with psychedelics. As an integration practitioner and writer, Jazz currently spends her time creating content for her Substack community sharing her embodied wisdom, and hosting study groups for Psychedelics Today, a year long training programme for individuals who want to learn about psychedelic facilitation, ethics, integration and harm reduction.
