The Street Where You Live: Inspecting the HOUSE AT THE END OF THE STREET
Episode notes
"I'm not Carrie-Anne!"
In this episode of Ahh! You Scared Me, Mike and Katie wonder into the cul-de-sac of horror as they deep-dive into the 2012 psychological thriller House at the End of the Street. Directed by Mark Tonderai, the film stars a pre-Hunger Games Jennifer Lawrence, Elisabeth Shue, and Max Thieriot in a story about a mother and daughter who move next door to a house with a grim, bloody history. From a weirdly intense debate about climbing trees to escape killers to a real-life horror haunting in the studio, the duo unpacks why this horror movie might actually just be a thriller in disguise.
