Chicago Woman Set On Fire on the Chicago L Train: she is 26 and in critical condition

A black man in his mid 40 to early 50's set a young woman on fire as she was headed home. The media reports that it was due to an argument, but I say it was premeditated because he is seen getting gas in an unauthorized plastic bottle ahead of time.
