Sound off belowUndiagnosed and unsupported ADHD is linked to low self-esteem and high levels of self-criticism. That's psychological stress that will take years off your life, while negatively impacting your immune system, sleep, and digestive system. Not everyone with ADHD associates failure with shame, many can brush it off. But, if you were repeatedly told off as a child for not paying attention, not sitting still, being too loud, being too much, for not remembering, for taking too long, for saying the wrong thing, for making a mess, for making a mistake...
