Now nearly three decades sober, Tondra has transformed her personal story into a powerful mission of service. As founder of S.T.E.P. Intervention Services, former director of the Nehemiah Center, and Sandusky’s first Youth Program Supervisor, she has championed innovative youth programs, recovery support, and community empowerment. Nationally recognized for her advocacy—including honors from the Ohio Senate and the President’s Volunteer Service Award—Tondra embodies resilience, leadership, and hope.
