Intervention Services, former director of the Nehemiah Center, and Sandusky’s first Youth Program Supervisor, she has championed innovative youth programs, recovery support, and community empowerment. Nationally recognized for her advocacy—including honors from the Ohio Senate and the President’s Volunteer Service Award—Tondra embodies resilience, leadership, and hope. In this episode, she shares her story of healing and the lasting impact of investing in young people and community change.
