With ADHD, sometimes we can feel a lack of control over our motivation and our mindset, so using manifestation techniques could be very useful for us to gain that control back!

Manifesting is all about thinking your dreams into reality, putting things on paper, getting very clear on your vision, and living in accordance with that vision.
