Off days are inevitable for everyone, but especially for us ADHDers who find it difficult working through overwhelm & feeling motivated at times.

This episode is your reminder to not be too hard on yourself when you are feeling off! And if you just can't kick the brain fog or the burnout, Alana and Sam suggest turning to some self care to help, whatever self care means to you!
