Saskatoon RCMP placed a 14-year-old youth under a terrorism peace bond after he planned a school shooting, while two men linked to a human trafficking ring in Edenwold were arrested. A man also fled a traffic stop and assaulted an officer, raising concerns about impaired driving and police resources.
