Joe Biden's ghostwriter tapes are out. More than 70 hours of them. On the recording he tells Mark Zwonitzer, "Some of this may be classified, so be careful."

Special Counsel Robert Hur's report said his investigation uncovered evidence that Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified material after his vice presidency. Hur declined to charge him. Now the audio is public, released Monday by the Oversight Project after Biden's attorneys dropped their fight to keep it sealed. Prosecutors also declined to charge the ghostwriter.
