What is the quality constraint that defines your product? Not a vague aspiration — a specific, measurable standard. Write it as a number or a rule: "Every X will be Y." Every email will be under three hundred words. Every tutorial will have a working example. Every deliverable will be reviewed against five criteria. What is your sixty words?
Once you have the constraint — ask: is it currently enforced by a system? Or by willpower? Willpower fails. Systems don't.
