What does it feel like to make healthcare better?

100 Voices: How Better Feels shares honest conversations about the human side of improving healthcare and the things we don’t talk about often enough.

What happens when you see something that could be better and decide to try to change it? When you speak up and aren’t heard? When things don’t go to plan? When you get something wrong, learn something unexpected, or wonder whether to carry on?

These aren’t polished success stories. They’re honest conversations about trying to improve care: making healthcare safer, improving people’s experiences, challenging how things are done and learning what really helps change happen.

Because quality improvement isn’t just about methods and measures. It’s about people, and the different experiences, perspectives and knowledge they bring. Sometimes hearing someone else’s story can help us see something differently, feel less alone or find the courage to try something ourselves.

If you care about making healthcare better, these stories are for you. You might work in the NHS or another health system, be involved in quality improvement, patient safety or healthcare leadership, bring your own experience as a patient, carer or family member, or simply be curious about how change really happens.

100 Voices: How Better Feels.

Because improvement isn’t only something we measure.

It’s something we experience.
