In today's episode Eduardo & Nicole talk all about where they source their food in Panama. Because we live in the Chiriquí Province, we shop mostly in David and a bit up towards Boquete. We list all the different store (big and small) that we shop at, as well as the regenerative farm we make weekly orders at for veggies & meat.

We share how it took us a while to find all these great sources of quality food, but now we have a great grocery shopping route and have connected with a lot of great people and businesses to eat really good. If we have a special meal or celebration, we can usually always find the ingredients we're looking for. We cook at home 95% of the time and always involve the kids in helping with our meals.
