Procrastination has big impact on your life, but shows up in small ways, and for most of us, we battle it every day. Today, I’m going to share how I kick procrastination to the curb. Tolerations are tiny annoyances in your life that you've avoided dealing with. Examples: A loose knob that bothers you every day when you open the door. Receipts piling up on your counter, in your car, in your purse. Not setting up auto-pay on a bill. A monthly subscription you need to cancel. Unpacking boxes after a move (4 months ago). A closet full of clothes you don't wear…you get the picture.Each of these little things on their own are not a big deal.But when you have a bunch of them, it causes strain, stress on mindset that weighs you down.
