My Brother's Keeper (May 10, 2026)

What does it really mean to care for one another? In this week’s Sunday Spark: The Set List, Pastor Zach shares “My Brother’s Keeper,” a song about choosing compassion over judgment and support over control. Its words remind us that the people around us are rarely exactly as we wish they were—and neither are we. Rather than pointing fingers at weakness, the song invites us to stand beside one another, protect each other’s freedom, and help each other learn to stand on our own two feet. It is a simple but challenging vision of community: not fixing people, not judging them, not valuing them only for their strengths, but choosing again and again to be present, faithful, and kind. Because sometimes being our brother’s keeper simply means walking alongside one another with grace.

Where I Am, You May Also Be (May 03, 2026)

In this week’s Sunday Spark: The Set List, Pastor Zach shares a song by Rich Mullins that draws deeply from Jesus’ words in the Gospel of John: a promise of room, peace, truth, love, and belonging. “In my Father’s house, there are many rooms.” These words become more than a glimpse of some distant heaven. They are an invitation to trust that Christ is preparing a place for us, walking with us through trouble, and calling us to live now in the love he has shown. The song reminds us that Jesus leaves his followers with both a promise and a command: love as I have loved you. In a world where trouble is real, Christ still offers peace. Where fear closes doors, grace makes room. And wherever Christ is, we are invited to be there too.

The Door Was Always Open (April 26, 2026)

In this week’s Sunday Spark: The Set List, Pastor Zach shares an old Keb’ Mo’ song that pairs beautifully with the imagery of John 10. Though it was not written as a Christian song, its gospel feel and message of being called out of shame, confusion, and isolation make it feel right at home in worship. The song tells the story of someone who has been lost, hurting, and trapped by their own thoughts—only to discover that someone has been calling their name all along. And then comes the realization: the door was always open. It is a simple, powerful reminder that grace is not locked away from us. Even when we feel far from home, ashamed of where we have been, or unsure how to find our way back, the invitation still stands. The door is open. The call is still there. And we are not beyond being found.

Rising Sun: Finding the Light Within (February 22, 2026)

In this week’s Sunday Spark: The Set List, Pastor Zach performs George Harrison’s “Rising Sun,” a deeply spiritual song about awakening, temptation, struggle, and discovering a source of life that cannot be found in the distractions of the world around us. Paired with the story of Jesus’ temptation in the wilderness, the song invites us to consider the voices that guide us and the things that compete for our attention. When we find ourselves surrounded by guilt, illusion, and paths that promise more than they can give, where do we turn? “Rising Sun” offers an image of light breaking through—a reminder that transformation begins when we listen for the deeper call of the Spirit and allow new life to rise within us. Special Music from February 22, 2026, performed by Pastor Zach LeCrone.

While the Nations Rage — Pastor Zach LeCrone (February 15, 2026)

In this week’s Sunday Spark: The Set List, Pastor Zach performs Rich Mullins’ “While the Nations Rage,” a powerful reflection inspired by Psalm 2. When nations rage, rulers scheme, and the world feels uncertain, where do we place our trust? This song reminds us that political power and earthly kingdoms are temporary, but the love of the risen Christ endures. The nails have turned to rust and the thorns to dust—but the love of God remains, alive in the hearts of those who choose to follow the way of peace. In a world still wrestling with conflict, power, and division, “While the Nations Rage” calls us to stand firm in faith, resist the gods of this world, and remember that our ultimate hope is not found in earthly rulers, but in the Prince of Peace. Special Music from February 15, 2026, performed by Pastor Zach LeCrone.

Let Mercy Lead (February 1, 2026)

In this week’s Sunday Spark: The Set List, Pastor Zach performs “Let Mercy Lead” by Rich Mullins—a tender blessing for the journey from childhood into adulthood. The song reminds us that love can carry us only so far unless it becomes the way we choose to live. Mercy must guide our steps, grace must mark the footprints we leave behind, and faith must sometimes reach beyond the wisdom of the world into the surprising “foolishness” of God. As we face uncertain roads, changing seasons, failures, hopes, and dreams, this performance invites us to trust that love will strengthen us, mercy will lead us, and peace can still be found along the way. Don’t Let Us Get Sick (January 25, 2026)

In this week’s Sunday Spark: The Set List, Pastor Zach performs Warren Zevon’s tender and quietly powerful song, “Don’t Let Us Get Sick.” Part prayer, part reflection, the song asks not for an easy or trouble-free life, but for the courage to be brave, the grace to treat one another kindly, and the wisdom to treasure the time we have together. With its gentle humor and honest awareness of life’s struggles, it reminds us that even in uncertain moments, friendship, compassion, and shared presence can make the spirit shine. Listen, reflect, and take a moment to be grateful for the people beside you tonight.

Flood Waters: A Love More Fierce Than Graves (January 11, 2026)

For Baptism of the Lord Sunday, this week’s Sunday Spark: The Set List features “Flood Waters” by Josh Garrels. Chosen during a weekend filled with reflection on baptism, family, loss, and the enduring presence of those we love, this song reminds us that even when the waters rise, love is not washed away. God’s grace reaches beyond distance, time, and even death—holding us together with a love more fierce than the grave. Listen, reflect, and be reminded of the immortal flame of love that continues to shine.

Long Way Around the Sea (January 4, 2026)

In this week’s Sunday Spark: The Set List, we hear “Long Way Around the Sea” by Low—a quiet, haunting retelling of the journey of the Magi. After following the star and bringing their gifts to the Christ child, the travelers receive a warning: do not return to Herod. Their faithful journey home must take a different road. With simple words and a reflective melody, the song reminds us that encountering Christ can change our direction—and that sometimes faith calls us to take the longer, less familiar way. Listen and reflect on the courage it takes to follow God’s leading, especially when the road home is not the road we expected.
