Over-delivering is not the flex you think it is.

What we call “going above and beyond” is often a boundary problem—not excellence.

This week’s reminder:

  • Client urgency is not your urgency
  • Disorganization is not your responsibility
  • Chaos is not something you’re meant to absorb

If you’re constantly stepping in to “save” the situation, your business is being built on reaction—not structure.

And that doesn’t scale.

The shift: I don’t absorb chaos. I assess and respond with my standards.
