Note sull'episodio
There is a moment in my own healing that I will never forget.
I was journaling, working through a prompt about recognition, about what I had needed to do to earn love, when something cracked open.
I realised I had been living inside a room full of eyes. Watching me. Judging me. Finding me lacking. The same eyes that had watched me in the school corridors. The same voices that had told me I was nobody.
And when I finally looked closely, every single one of those eyes was my own.
I had taken the voices and the eyes of the children who bullied me, carried them inside, and let them narrate my entire adult life.
In this episode I share the breakthrough that became the foundation of everything I teach — the moment I realised the harshest judge in my life had never been someone else. She had always been me. Wearing borrowed eyes.
This is the episode that changes things. 💛
