She shares how the Stanley Cup finals and a recent dating experience uncovered some feelings that she didn't know were still there. She encourages listeners to be intentional about scheduling self-care and self nourishing practices in order to love themselves more and more and more. Allowing people to be there for you is a gift that you give them, and yourself.

In episode 8, Danielle shares the joys of attending her niece's grade 6 farewell and unanticipated family time. She explains why she believes being kind is always possible. Danielle recalls her journey with shingles, its challenges, and expands upon the many gifts that shingles and post-herpetic neuralgia have brought into her life. She talks about learning to ask for help; that it's okay to have needs and desires. That no one is ever a burden, and that it's more than okay to take up space. She gives thanks for all of the generous love and support that she received at a challenging time, and continues to receive to this day. Showing Up For Yourself Is The Win

In Episode 7 Danielle is inspired by a conversation with a childhood friend named Chris who is training for a race called the Sinister 7. Their exchange sparked Danielle to recall her experience with Landmark's Advanced Course where she uncovered some valuable, life-changing truths about herself. She touches on her appreciation of true connection through presence, and the importance of giving yourself grace and permission to nourish your own energy first. Danielle invites listeners to reflect upon the joy of the unanticipated gifts that come from saying yes to an invitation, a new activity or experience. She reminds listeners that the outcome is often not at all what we believed it would be; many times it is far more fulfilling than we could've ever imagined. Danielle shares the challenges of the past week and how she has learned to honour her needs more and more. In Episode 2 Danielle shares her heartfelt gratitude for all of the love and support she's received since launching this podcast. She gives an update about how she's really feeling about the evicted tenants who mistreated her home and belongings. Danielle reveals the healing gems she discovered at a recent visit with her wonderful acupuncturist, Don Wensrich, a.k.a. The Wizard. She shares how she learned the valuable lesson that: your best changes day by day, moment by moment. Danielle talks about how thankful she is that her experience with the Landmark Forum broke her open to begin grieving the life she lived before a car accident in 2010 changed everything. She shares a how-to on Grief Journaling; an invaluable tool that allowed her to begin experiencing more joy every single day, and she believes it will help you too. The podcast comes to an end with Danielle sharing a joy from her week, as well as a refresher on how to build self-trust, and a reminder to be kind and loving to yourself and give yourself grace and compassion if you didn't quite accomplish what you set out to.
