It’s Okay To Live A Life That Others Don’t Understand

In this week’s episode Danielle revisits the concept of capacity and leads listeners through a self-compassion practice, reminding them that they are always more than enough just as they are. She acknowledges that there are many activities that are unavailable to her right now, but sending Love Notes isn’t one of them! Figuring Out How To Be Human Together

I Am Uncomfortable And I Am Okay

Coming Home To Myself
