The Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub gives free, confidential support to people working in health and care across the North East and North Cumbria.

Dr Richard Duggins is the Clinical Lead for the Hub and a Consultant Psychiatrist at Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust.
