What if true belonging isn’t about finding the perfect place to fit in, but finding the courage to walk into the room as exactly who you are? In this Wisdom Wednesday, I’m reflecting on the beautiful freedom that comes from being surrounded by people who make space for our dreams, our laughter, our stories, and all the little things that make us unmistakably ourselves.
But belonging isn’t only something we find—it’s something we create. Sometimes it looks like pulling out another chair, noticing the person standing alone, celebrating what makes someone different, or simply letting another person know, there is room for you here. Because when we have the courage to be ourselves—and give others the freedom to do the same—we create relationships and communities where everyone has a little more room to bloom.
