Note sull'episodio
Beautiful soul, what if we stopped measuring progress by milestones and started celebrating the beautifully unique person behind every achievement?
In this week's Thriving Through Thursday, I'm sharing some of the most meaningful lessons I've learned as a mother of four, especially through raising our youngest son, who has Down syndrome. His journey has taught me to appreciate individual timing, celebrate the smallest moments of progress, and recognize that every child deserves the opportunity to grow, discover their passions, and flourish in ways that are meaningful to them.
I'm reflecting on the beauty of embracing our children's individual journeys, the importance of meaningful support and inclusion, and the incredible growth we experience ourselves as parents and advocates.
Sometimes the most beautiful progress happens along a path we never imagined taking. And sometimes, while we're so focused on helping the people we love reach their next milestone, we forget to celebrate everything they're accomplishing right now.
My hope is that this episode encourages you to cherish the journey, celebrate every beautifully unique achievement, and remain wonderfully excited about all the possibilities still ahead for yourself and the people you love.
Today's intention: I celebrate the beautifully unique people I love and the individual timing of their lives. I recognize meaningful progress in all its different forms, embrace opportunities to learn and advocate, and remain excited about everything we will continue discovering together.
Keep blooming beautifully, live abundantly, love generously, and always stay mighty!
