Firstly, you are your best Doctor as you know your experience better than anyone! Secondly Mother Gaia is also the best doctor as she also knows you better than anyone.
Mother Gaia is a nurturer, she will fully of high vibrational energy, she is full of trees/life/oxygen/love/adventure... this alone will lift your spirits, providing amazing healing energy to allow for deep healing to take place :)
