Note sull'episodio

Episode 3 | The Boundary of Caring for Our Own Narrative
In the previous two episodes, we talked about grief—from our personal experiences of it to the narratives we carry about what grief is supposed to look like. Now, we take a step further: where do these narratives enter us from?
Every day, we are exposed to news, images, and countless stories through social media. But how much of what we see becomes part of our own experience? And when do we need to protect the narrative we have built around grief?
In this episode, we explore that boundary—the space between what we take in and what we carry with us. In Episode 4, we’ll move from awareness to practice, exploring techniques for setting boundaries and managing these inputs.
