Note sull'episodio
Preserves is a weekly podcast series on ways we can preserve the grey matter in our brains, so that we can live life as our most authentic selves.
When was the last time you were a beginner at something?
It's one thing to be in a situation where you have no other choice but to be a beginner, like when your parents forced you to try out a new sport growing up or when you had to take a class in college because it was a degree requirement, like that’s different because you didn’t really choose it.
So it’s another thing when you yourself choose to be a beginner at something all over again. What makes a person actively choose to not be good at something, at least to begin with?
I think it’s a combination of different things, with the main ones being; reason & season.
