Last week started with terrible symptoms, including bloating, brain fog, burping, and abdominal pain. I had gone off track from my usual anti-inflammatory diet, and boy was I feeling it. I made some drastic changes in my diet and my symptoms completely reversed.
I am not joking when I say that the changes I made to my diet mid-week left me feeling the best I have felt in at least a year. I am so glad that this occurred while recording this podcast so that you can use these tips & tricks to help your symptoms.
