This week I'm recapping retreat week, including how it all wrapped up with La La La Lunch, a karaoke gathering in my backyard for folks who are parenting and caregiving while doing mission-driven work. I share what the day looked like, the songs people were bold enough to sing, and the connections my guests made between karaoke and leadership. Spoiler: they delivered.
