Sarah is also a coordinator of Commission 1 (concern for national and social liberation against imperialism and all reaction) of the International League of Peoples’ Struggle. She is the President of the Philippines-Bolivarian Friendship Association. She is also college professor at the University of the Philippines-Center for International Studies.
