We got a chance to sit down with Josh and talk about his 12 Marathons in 12 days in support of his friend who battled cancer and what it meant to him. We talked about his own journey through fitness and his career as a personal trainer. We learned how he Goal sets for his clients whether they are athletes, weekend warriors, or people just trying to get healthy and think there is so much value to his experiences and what he said.
