S1 Ep30: Is Sungazing Healthy For Us? (#30)

Series 1: 2022 – Levelling Up during the ‘Big C’ This message, I speak of the benefits of our friend in the sky. The Sun is a magical being of light that provides so much to us all. Pay attention to the sun & get rewarded with the many amazing benefits it has to offer. As I mentioned above, The Sun is our friend in the Sky. It has soooo many benefits & is emitting amazing high vibrational frequencys! Sungazing has so many benefits such as: stress relief, improves sleep, boosts energy, increases melatonin & serotonin, stimulates pineal gland & many more. Sungazing is something that is frowned upon all over the world however, do your own proper research through open minded sources and you'll find a different truth. Another form of research you can participate in, is actually sungazing. As a beginning, sungazing is best done during sunrise and sunset. Doing it in increment periods is the best way to allow your being to have the magical rays of sun that go straight into our being. Remember, the sun is our friend in the sky. S1 Ep32: A Moment Of Balancing Energy (#32)

Series 1: 2022 – Levelling Up during the ‘Big C’ It’s a moment of balancing of the energy of each & every being that is experiencing Earth. Bringing in a higher balance within will only lead to a better experience. By purifying your environment & experience, you will raise your vibration & allow yourself to have a better experience. It’s a good idea to Purify connections to any sort of addiction, purify what you watch on TV, purify what you listen to, purify whatever you feel will bring you to a higher level of balance. Balancing out your experience with both Being & Doing is a great idea :) This allows for a more balanced experience. Being is being still, silent, in nature, under the stars, in the sun, etc (plenty more ways). Doing is physically doing things such as working, taking action, moving your body, exercise/walking, etc (plenty more ways). This is a message of bringing balance to these two energies, as one is a feminine energy & one is a masculine energy. The number 1 energy is a masculine energy & is all about doing, taking action, etc. The number 2 energy is a feminine energy & is all about going with the flow, bringing balance which is usually slowing down and being still, etc. We all have Masculine & Feminine Energy within us all, balancing these energies is a great idea. I am in the process of making a course about the numbers which includes balancing the masculine & feminine energy within us all. S1 Ep36: Learning Discernment & External Influences (#36)

Series 1: 2022 – Levelling Up during the ‘Big C’ We have all the answers within ourselves & the more we purify ourselves, the less we seek outside of ourselves. This message is a message of awareness of what & who is influencing you in any given moment is a great idea. This allows you to see where you are getting information from & who you are trusting. The reason for this awareness goes deep into discerning who/what is influencing you and are they the appropriate people/influences to be in fact influencing. In some cases, we may have a higher consciousness that others that may come into our path & being true to yourself is what this message is all about. Discern from where you are getting your information & raise that bar to a beautiful point but don't let anything take away from what you feel because being true to what what you feel allows you to live in your truth. As I have said in other messages, if you need advice, asking for assistance from people who you trust is a good idea.
