This message, I speak of the benefits of our friend in the sky. The Sun is a magical being of light that provides so much to us all. Pay attention to the sun & get rewarded with the many amazing benefits it has to offer.
As I mentioned above, The Sun is our friend in the Sky. It has soooo many benefits & is emitting amazing high vibrational frequencys!
Sungazing has so many benefits such as: stress relief, improves sleep, boosts energy, increases melatonin & serotonin, stimulates pineal gland & many more.
Sungazing is something that is frowned upon all over the world however, do your own proper research through open minded sources and you'll find a different truth.
Another form of research you can participate in, is actually sungazing. As a beginning, sungazing is best done during sunrise and sunset. Doing it in increment periods is the best way to allow your being to have the magical rays of sun that go straight into our being.
Remember, the sun is our friend in the sky.
