Hey friends, it’s been a minute! I would like to welcome you back to this podcast. It’s been quite the transition to a student-athlete college transition! I needed some time for myself to reflect on my purpose towards this podcast, as well as ensuring I can bring this podcast back in a safer way.

In this episode, I really just share about my life. Per request, I take you a little through a typical week in my life and talk about my classes and swimming, living in North Carolina, etc.

I also detail some difficult events and periods of time I have been battling through, and how that contributes to seeking to bring this podcast back.
