In this week's insight episode, I build on an idea I shared in last week's episode: allowing others to help you, compliment you, love you, and give to you is an important part of being human. Receiving doesn't make you conceited, helpless, or a bad person. You don't have to immediately return every favor, and accepting someone's kindness doesn't mean you'll become dependent on them. Sometimes, we simply have to learn how to let good things reach us.
