I recently went on a family vacation to the western side of MI. During my time there I interviewed my 82 yer old grandfather who has lived so much life! From family/childhood traumas, working in the military, having 6 kids, odd factory jobs at a rubber plant, to almost becoming a priest he spills the beans on the keys to letting go of the past and living a happy optimistic life.

In this episode I summarize the key themes and words of wisdom from my pop-pop. He gives us 3 elements to focus on in order to move past traumas and create a better life for yourself. He also shares how we each hold power and how to get rid of hate in the world.
