Beyond these already impressive feats, Tanya founded OpExpert, which provides services such as expert recruiting, human resources consulting, quantitative screening, and employee handbook creation. Believe it or not, these are only a few of her current endeavours as Tanya continues to succeed in multiple impressive ventures. Having hired over 2000 people to-date, she is an expert in hiring teams from the top down, and implementing successful hires by truly understanding candidates and how they will mesh with company culture.
