A comment section argument turned into something much bigger.

After former Lexington Police officer Keith Todd began commenting on my Facebook posts and contacting me directly, I started digging through public records, court documents, and archived news reports. What I found was a timeline spanning years—from an off-duty alcohol and Ambien incident, to a federal lawsuit against Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to the 2012 Legacy Trail case involving a seriously injured jogger, and publicly available Brady/Giglio records.
