A “mentor” is someone with information that they can share with you. A “sponsor” is someone with power that they can use for you.

We must prioritize sponsorships from the powerful people we aspire to be like.

These relationships are more challenging to acquire. But remember, we only need one sponsor who is willing to guide us on our journey towards power, influence, and economic empowerment.
