There's a slight chance of flurries up there. Nothing that sticks. Just enough to make your windshield look fancy for ten minutes. Head south toward Madison and the thermometer dips to 22 degrees. Barely a whisper of wind. It's the kind of still, cold morning where you can hear your neighbor's coffee maker through the walls.
