This episode we dive into some specifics of mental health and discuss our own diagnoses and what it is like living with them both as individuals and members of a partnership. These are our own experiences so feel free to compare and commiserate but please do not use this information to self-diagnose!
Many people are working from home these days and that can bring it's own challenges. Join us as we talk about the mental load that can bring and what it looks like when one partner works from home and the other doesn't. As always, this is simply Where We Are At as a clinical social worker and a high school band director, but a little insight into how we are navigating that dynamic might help you put some perspective on your own.
How is AI impacting the world around you? That answer is different for everyone but in this episode we do our best to talk about how it is impacting the world of mental health, the world of education and by extension, the world around us.
Join us as we discuss setting boundaries, be they at work, with family, friends, or anywhere in life. How do you hold the line for the sake of your own mental well being when things can seem dire? Are the consequences of breaking our own boundaries universally felt, or just something we make up in our own brains? We don't know, but we sure like to talk about it!
