This was a special one for me. Tracy Noonan was one of the first powerful female coaches and role models I had as a player. To me, she continues to represent a hard ass work ethic. She encourages the big wins players experience in life, on and off the field. Tracy has played with the best and trained the best. The environment she creates is a testament to her experiences, mirroring the work ethic she embodies. From playing for UNC Chapel Hill, representing the US Women’s Soccer team, being a founding player for the Women’s United Soccer League, coaching in college, and creating Dynasty Goalkeeping, Tracy’s resume is packed with unique experiences that she carries with her.
